About
I started my training with a Master Saddler before running my own repairs business for 3 years. Moving to London to finish my training, I attended the famous Cordwainers at Capel Manor College and received an HND in Saddlery Technology. This was enhanced by City & Guilds qualifications; level 3 bridle making, level 3 saddle making and level 3 harness making. I am a Master Bridle Maker, Harness Maker and Saddler and a member of the Society of Master Saddlers.
I gained my experience in leathergoods first at college then by employment in the Bill Amberg workshops in London working in leathergoods and architectural leatherwork.
I am a regular competitor at the Society of Master Saddlers Annual Competition and my work has been consistently placed over the years.
I have been a keen horse rider for over 40 years owning and working with horses in that time.
